Video Upload Limits — Length, Frame Rate & Resolution

To ensure fast, reliable processing, XclusiveVR enforces the following upload limits:

Maximum resolution: up to 8K

We support conversions up to 8K resolution, and HDR, on every bundle. There is no resolution limit tied to what you paid: Starter converts 8K HDR just as Studio does. The only differences between bundles are the number of minutes, the price per minute, and queue priority.

Maximum video length: 30 minutes

Videos up to 30 minutes can be converted. If you have a longer video that you would like to convert, please contact us via our contact page — we offer custom conversions for longer content on request.

Maximum frame rate: 60 fps

Slow-motion videos filmed at 120 fps, 240 fps, or higher are not supported. This is because high frame rates result in extremely long processing times and very large output files that are impractical for VR playback.

If you upload a slow-motion clip, you will see an error message immediately showing the detected frame rate. To fix this, export or convert the video at 30 fps or 60 fps using a tool like HandBrake (free), iMovie, or Premiere Pro before uploading.

Need a custom conversion? If you have specific requirements (longer videos, special formats, or bulk orders), please send us a message via the contact page and we will provide a tailored solution.
