What is Spatial Video?

Spatial video is a stereoscopic 3D video format designed for immersive headsets like the Apple Vision Pro. It contains depth information that allows the viewer to perceive real three-dimensional depth when watching through a compatible device.

Unlike traditional 3D formats, spatial video uses the MV-HEVC codec which embeds left-eye and right-eye views into a single file. This makes it easy to share and play back — the file looks like a normal 2D video on regular devices, but reveals its full 3D depth on supported headsets.

XclusiveVR converts your regular 2D videos into spatial video format using AI-powered depth estimation, giving your existing content a stunning 3D effect.
