How Long Are My Videos Stored?

How long your converted 3D videos stay available depends on which file you mean.

The full-quality master (what you download):

Available to download for 90 days after the conversion finishes. Download it and keep your own copy within that window.

The streamable version (what you watch in your headset):

We keep hosting this one and stream it to your headset for as long as your minute balance is valid — 12 months from your most recent purchase. Nothing to download, nothing to transfer: you open a link or type your watch code and it plays. Buying more minutes extends this too, because it is the same clock.

Free trial conversions:

7 days, then permanently deleted.

Your original uploaded source file:

Always deleted within 7 days, whatever you paid. We only keep the converted result.

After a retention window passes, the file is automatically and permanently deleted from our storage and can no longer be re-downloaded or streamed. We cannot restore it, so keep your own backup of anything you want to hold on to.
