Convert 2D video to 3D for Meta Quest

Upload a normal video and get back a 3D version your Quest can play. You watch it in the headset browser, so there is no app to install and nothing to copy across.

Works on Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S and Quest Pro.

You get a full side-by-side file

That is the 3D format almost every headset understands, Quest included. Each eye gets a full-resolution picture, so nothing is squeezed to fit.

How you watch it on a Quest

  1. Put on your Quest and open the browser.
  2. Go to xclusivevr.com/watch
  3. Type the 6-character watch code from your dashboard.
  4. Press "Enter VR" in the player.

The video streams straight to your headset. No download, no cable, no app store. Want your whole library instead of one video? Pair the headset once and it is one tap away after that.

Prefer a local copy?

Download the file and play it in any 3D player on the headset. Skybox VR, DeoVR and Pigasus all handle it; set the mode to "Side by Side" and "3D". Downloading in full quality is available for 90 days.

Questions people ask

Do I need a 3D player app on my Quest?

No. The quickest route is the Quest browser: open your video and press "Enter VR". You only need a player app if you downloaded the file and want to play it from the headset itself.

Do I have to sideload anything?

No. Nothing gets installed on the headset and no cable is involved. If playback stutters, that is usually Wi-Fi rather than the file; a 5 GHz network fixes it in most cases.

Which Quest models work?

Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S and Quest Pro. Pico and Samsung XR play the same file, so those work too.
