If our system fails to deliver a healthy conversion, we refund the minutes used. That covers server errors, jobs that never finish, or output that comes back broken on our side. We can't refund minutes spent attempting corrupt or unsupported source files — damaged codecs, truncated uploads, formats outside our published limits. We recommend a short test clip first if you're unsure (flat animation, heavy compression, and screen recordings are the trickiest content). The quality of the 3D result reflects the quality of the source. For the best output, please upload the highest-resolution, cleanest-encoded version of your video you have available — heavily compressed, low-bitrate, or low-resolution sources will produce a softer 3D effect.

One click on your billing page — no support ticket needed. Within 7 days of your purchase, request a full refund directly from /billing. Eligibility: less than 20% of your minute balance used. One refund per account. This is on top of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers have, which is set out in our terms.
