Content Review and Moderation

We review uploaded and converted material to check that it meets the content rules in our Terms of Service. This review is carried out by authorised personnel and is limited to that purpose.

What this means:
• We may open and view your uploaded or converted video to check it against our content rules.
• We do not sell your content, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it to train AI models.
• Where content does not meet our rules we may remove it, and we will tell you by email. If you paid for that conversion, the minutes it used are returned to your balance.
• Access is limited to staff who need it for this purpose and is subject to the access controls described in the Data Security section.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a lawful service and protecting our users and infrastructure, and where applicable our obligation to act on unlawful content.
