We turn a normal 2D video into a 3D video. You watch it with a VR headset, like the Meta Quest or the Apple Vision Pro. In 3D you see depth, so it feels like you are standing in the scene.

No. You upload your video in your browser. We do the work and keep the result for you. To watch it, you open your library in the headset browser. There is no app and no cable.

You do not have to move a file. Open xclusivevr.com/watch in the browser on your headset and type the six-character code that we show next to your video. Your video starts playing right away.

Meta Quest 2, Quest 3 and Quest Pro all work. So does the Apple Vision Pro. Any other headset works too if it can play side-by-side 3D video.

You buy minutes once. 15 minutes cost 11 euro, 50 minutes cost 29 euro, and 175 minutes cost 79 euro. That is between 45 and 73 cent for one minute of video. Prices include Dutch VAT.

No. You pay one time. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. We do not keep your card for later.

Your minutes stay valid for 12 months. If you buy again, all your minutes get 12 months from that moment.

Yes. You get one free video of up to 2 minutes. It has our logo in the corner. We keep it for 7 days and then we delete it. The free trial works one time per email address.

Most normal video files work: MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM and AVI. You can upload up to 8K. We deliver 8K as 4K for each eye, because that is the most a headset can show.

Yes. If you filmed with a 3D or spatial camera, upload it as it is. We keep your own depth instead of guessing it. This costs you nothing.

Yes. A 360 video becomes a scene you can look around in. Photos get depth as well, so you can look at them in your headset.

We look at every single frame to work out the depth, so a longer video takes longer. A short clip in 1080p is usually done in a few minutes. 4K takes about twice as long per frame.

Yes. You can download your video in full quality for 90 days. Most people do not need to, because we stream it to the headset for them.

Only you. Nobody else can see your video. You can make a share link yourself if you want. You can also switch that link off again at any time.

No. We never train AI on your videos and we never sell them. We only look at a video to check that it follows our content rules.

We delete the file you uploaded within 7 days. Your finished 3D video stays with us as long as your minutes are valid. That is up to 12 months after your last purchase.

If something goes wrong on our side, you get your minutes back. That covers server errors and broken output. We cannot give minutes back for a file that was already broken. The same goes for a file type we do not support. So please upload the sharpest version you have.

Flat cartoons, heavily compressed video and screen recordings are the hardest. There is little depth in them to find. Test one short clip first before you convert a long video.

Yes, within 7 days of buying. You ask for it on your billing page with one click. You need to have used less than 20% of your minutes. One refund per account.

Yes. A commercial licence is included with every bundle, so you may use your video for your company.
