We turn a normal 2D video into a 3D video. You watch it with a VR headset, like the Meta Quest or the Apple Vision Pro. In 3D you see depth, so it feels like you are standing in the scene.

No. You upload your video in your browser. We do the work and keep the result for you. To watch it, you open your library in the headset browser. There is no app and no cable.

You can, and for one short clip it may be enough. The difference is what you have to do yourself. Free tools run on your own machine, so you need a strong graphics card, you wait while your computer is busy, and afterwards you still have to get the file onto your headset. With us it runs in the browser, we host the result and stream it straight to your headset, and you get a Full Side-by-Side file for Meta Quest plus a spatial video for Apple Vision Pro.

You do not have to move a file. Open xclusivevr.com/vr in the browser on your headset and type the six-character code that we show next to your video. Your video starts playing right away.

Open xclusivevr.com/vr in the browser on your headset and choose Pair this headset with your phone (if your pairing just expired, this screen appears by itself). Your headset now shows a six-character code. On your phone, go to xclusivevr.com/pair, enter that code and tap Yes, pair it. Your headset opens your library by itself and stays signed in. You do not have to type anything in the headset.

Meta Quest 2, Quest 3 and Quest Pro all work. So does the Apple Vision Pro. Any other headset works too if it can play side-by-side 3D video.

You buy minutes once: 15 minutes for €11, 50 minutes for €29 and 175 minutes for €79. That works out at €0.45 to €0.73 for one minute of video. Prices include VAT. Only converting one video? Pay per minute instead, no bundle needed.

No. You pay one time. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. We do not keep your card for later.

Your minutes stay valid for 12 months. If you buy again, all your minutes get 12 months from that moment.

When the conversion finishes. If it fails, the minutes go straight back to your balance, automatically. So a failed conversion never costs you anything.

Yes. We deliver Full Side-by-Side: a complete picture for your left eye and a complete picture for your right eye, next to each other. A 4K video becomes 3840 by 2160 per eye. Nothing is squeezed to make it fit, which is what keeps the picture sharp when it fills your whole field of view.

Yes. You get 2 minutes of free conversion time. It works as a balance, so if your first video only uses 40 seconds, the rest stays on your email address for a next one. Free videos have our logo in the corner and we keep them for 7 days.

Most video files from phones, cameras and downloads work: MP4, MOV, M4V, 3GP, MKV, WebM, MTS or M2TS from a camcorder, and older formats like AVI, WMV, MPG, VOB and FLV. You can upload up to 8K. We deliver 8K as 4K for each eye, because that is the most a headset can show.

Yes, with every bundle. HDR gives you brighter highlights and richer colour. We convert in 10-bit and keep the colour settings your file already has. An HLG file stays HLG. An HDR10 file stays HDR10. You can upload Dolby Vision as well, but you get it back as normal HDR. We cannot keep the Dolby Vision layer itself.

Yes, if you filmed it with a 360 camera. We can see that by the shape of the file: a real 360 video is exactly twice as wide as it is tall. We then add depth to it, so you can look all around you and see depth at the same time. We cannot turn a normal video into a 360 video, because the rest of the sphere was never filmed. Photos work the same way.

VR180 puts your video on a half sphere in front of you: you can look around inside it and still see depth, but only in front of you, not behind you. It works best from footage that already covers 180 degrees. A 360 camera is the usual source, and you do not even need to stitch it: one of its two lenses is already what we need. A 180 degree file or a single fisheye works too. You can also send us ordinary flat video, but then be realistic about the result: a normal camera sees about 65 of those 180 degrees, so the picture sits as a window in front of you with black around it, with real depth in it. You get one file with the 180 degree metadata written in, and that same file plays on a Quest and on a Vision Pro.

Yes. We put 3D metadata in every file we make. That tells YouTube your video is side-by-side 3D, so it does not show it as one flat, stretched picture. Upload the file exactly as you got it from us. Do not re-encode it first, because that removes the metadata. In the YouTube app on a Meta Quest you then watch it in 3D. A 360 video gets extra metadata, so you can look around in it.

We work out the depth of every single frame, so the time depends on the resolution, the number of frames (length × frame rate) and how busy it is at that moment. 4K at 30 fps converts in close to real time: a 5-minute video is usually ready in about 5 minutes. You get an email when it's done.

Yes. You can download your video in full quality for 30 days. Most people do not need to, because we stream it to the headset for them.

Only you. Nobody else can see your video. You can make a share link yourself if you want. You can also switch that link off again at any time.

No. We never train AI on your videos and we never sell them. We only look at a video to check that it follows our content rules.

We delete the file you uploaded within 7 days. Your finished 3D video stays with us as long as your minutes are valid. That is up to 12 months after your last purchase.

If the conversion fails, your minutes come back automatically. You do not have to ask. That is true whatever went wrong, on our side or in the file. If the conversion finished but you are not happy with the depth, tell us: we look at every case, and you can also ask for your money back within 7 days. Upload the sharpest version you have, because a soft or heavily compressed source gives the AI less to work with.

Flat cartoons, heavily compressed video and screen recordings are the hardest. There is little depth in them to find. Test one short clip first before you convert a long video.

Yes, within 7 days of buying. You ask for it on your Minutes & invoices page with one click. You need to have used less than 20% of your minutes. One refund per account.

Yes. A commercial licence is included with every bundle, so you may use your video for your company.
