Buying More Minutes

There is nothing to cancel. Minute bundles are a one-time purchase, so no money is ever taken from your account again unless you choose to buy more.

Buying more minutes:

Pick any bundle on the pricing page — you are not locked to the one you bought before. The new minutes are added to whatever is left of your balance.

What happens to minutes you already had:

They are kept, and the expiry date of your entire balance moves to 12 months from your newest purchase. So if you have 4 minutes left and buy a 50-minute bundle, you end up with 54 minutes, all valid for another 12 months.

Can I switch to a bigger bundle mid-way?

There is no switching, because there is no plan to switch between. If you need more minutes, buy the bundle that fits. Larger bundles simply cost less per minute.
