What Happens When My Minutes Run Out?

When your balance is not enough to cover a conversion, that conversion is refused before it starts. You are never billed extra and you never get a surprise invoice — there is no overage on minute bundles.

What you will see:

The upload is rejected with a message telling you how many minutes the video needs and how many you have left. Nothing is charged and nothing is processed.

What to do:

Buy another bundle from the pricing page. The new minutes are added to whatever is left of your balance, and the whole balance becomes valid for another 12 months from that moment.

A tip to avoid running short:

A minute is a minute of source video, so trim your clip before uploading if you only need part of it. A 30-second excerpt costs 0.5 minutes, not the full length of the original file.
