How Long Are API Files Kept?
What we keep, and for how long:
Your source video
- Deleted 7 days after you upload it, also if you never convert it.
- Keep the original yourself: we only use it to make your conversion.
The 3D files (side-by-side, and the Apple Vision Pro file if you ordered it)
- Ready to download for 30 days after the conversion is done.
- After that they are deleted.
- Need them longer? Ask us about longer storage.
With hosting
- The video and the 3D player stay online for 12 months after the conversion is done.
- After that, hosting renews every year at the renewal price. You can switch renewal off per video.
- A video paid entirely with free test minutes is a demo: it stays online for 14 days.
Delivered to your own storage
- The files in your own storage are yours. We never touch them again.
- Our own copy is deleted 30 days after delivery, unless you also chose hosting.
Deleted files cannot be restored.
